「假自拍 FakeSelfie」用你上传的自拍，通过 AI 生成你在不同场景下的写真。你的照片和面部数据是敏感信息，本政策逐条说明我们收集什么、怎么收集、用来做什么、发给谁、存多久。
一、我们收集什么，以及怎么收集
- 自拍照片：由你在应用内主动从相册选择或拍摄后上传。我们不会在后台读取你的相册。
- 面部特征值（生物识别信息）：在你上传照片后，由我们自己的服务器从照片中计算出的一串 512 维数字向量，用于判断"这是不是同一个人"。
- 生成的写真照片：由 AI 生成后保存在你的作品历史里。
- 设备标识、购买与使用记录：用于账户、额度发放与防滥用。
二、我们如何使用这些数据
- 自拍照片：先做内容安全审核，再作为参考图交给 AI 模型，生成你在指定场景中的写真。
- 面部特征值：仅用于两件事——挑选最能代表你的参考照片，以及校验生成结果确实像你本人（相似度不达标会自动重新生成）。
- 我们不出售你的照片或面部特征值，不用它们训练我们自己的模型，也不用于广告或人群画像。
- 我们不做 1:N 人脸检索，不会拿你的脸去数据库里比对陌生人。
三、我们把数据发给谁（第三方 AI 服务）
生成写真时，你的照片会发送给以下第三方处理。我们已审阅其条款，确认其对你的数据提供与本政策同等或更高水平的保护（不用于训练模型、按约定期限删除）。在你首次上传照片之前，应用内会明确列出下面这两家公司的名字，并需要你主动同意。

面部特征值不外发。面部特征值（生物识别模板）由我们自己的服务器计算和保存，从不发送给 fal.ai、OpenAI 或任何其他第三方。第三方只收到照片，不收到你的生物识别模板。
四、面部数据的存储与保留
- 存储位置：我们位于美国的服务器，静态加密；传输全程使用 HTTPS/TLS。
- 保留期限：你上传的照片与面部特征值一直保留到你主动删除——因为每一次生成都需要用到它们。我们不设自动过期；你的删除动作就是唯一的期限。
- 删除方式：在应用内「设置 → 删除我的面部数据」，立即从我们的数据库中永久删除照片与面部特征值，不可恢复；删除后需重新上传才能再生成。
- 生成的写真：保留在你的作品历史中，直到你删除或注销。
- 第三方侧：fal.ai 仅在完成本次审核/生成期间临时处理；OpenAI 最长保留 30 天用于滥用监测后删除。两者均不将你的照片用于训练模型。
五、你的权利
- 随时删除面部数据、查看或删除作品、注销账户。
- 在 GDPR、伊利诺伊州 BIPA、CCPA 等适用范围内，你享有知情、访问、更正、删除、撤回同意等权利。撤回同意的方式即删除面部数据并停止上传。
六、你的同意
首次上传照片前，应用会在界面上明确告知：将发送什么数据（你的自拍照片）、发送给谁（fal.ai、OpenAI）、用来做什么、保存多久，并需要你主动勾选同意后才会发送。不同意，则不会有任何照片离开你的手机。
七、未成年人
本应用不面向 13 岁以下（部分地区 16 岁以下）用户，也不得上传未成年人照片。
八、内容真实性
生成的是 AI 合成图像，并非真实拍摄。请勿用于误导、伪造身份或任何违法用途。

FakeSelfie uses the selfies you upload to generate AI portraits of you in different scenes. Your photos and face data are sensitive information. This policy states exactly what we collect, how we collect it, what we use it for, who we send it to, and how long we keep it.
1. What we collect, and how
- Selfie photos — uploaded only when you actively pick or take them inside the app. We never read your photo library in the background.
- Face embeddings (biometric information) — a 512-dimensional numeric vector computed on our own servers from the photos you upload, used to tell whether two faces are the same person.
- Generated portraits — stored in your in-app history.
- Device identifier, purchase and usage records — for your account, credits, and abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
- Selfie photos: first screened for unsafe content, then used as reference images by an AI model that generates your portrait in the scene you chose.
- Face embeddings: used for exactly two things — selecting the reference photos that best represent you, and verifying that the generated image actually looks like you (a low similarity score triggers an automatic re-generation).
- We do not sell your photos or embeddings, do not use them to train our own models, and do not use them for advertising or profiling.
- We do not run 1:N face search; your face is never matched against a database of other people.
3. Who we share it with (third-party AI services)
To generate a portrait, your photos are sent to the third parties below. We have reviewed their terms and confirm they provide the same or equal protection for your data as this policy (no training on your data, deletion within the stated period). The app names both companies on screen and requires your affirmative consent before any photo is sent.

Face embeddings are never shared. The face embedding (biometric template) is computed and stored on our own servers and is never sent to fal.ai, OpenAI, or any other third party. Third parties receive photos only — never your biometric template.
4. Storage and retention of face data
- Where: on our servers in the United States, encrypted at rest; all transfers use HTTPS/TLS.
- How long: your uploaded photos and face embeddings are retained until you delete them — every generation needs them. There is no automatic expiry; your deletion is the retention limit.
- How to delete: in the app, Settings → Delete my face data permanently and irreversibly deletes your photos and face embeddings from our database immediately. You must upload again to generate afterwards.
- Generated portraits: kept in your history until you delete them or delete your account.
- On the third-party side: fal.ai processes the image transiently for the duration of the request; OpenAI retains it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and then deletes it. Neither uses your photos for model training.
5. Your rights
- Delete your face data, view or delete your generated photos, or delete your account at any time.
- Where GDPR, the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), or the CCPA apply, you have rights of notice, access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawing consent means deleting your face data and ceasing to upload.
6. Your consent
Before your first upload, the app states on screen what data will be sent (your selfies), who it is sent to (fal.ai and OpenAI), what it is used for, and how long it is kept — and requires you to affirmatively tick a consent box. If you do not consent, no photo ever leaves your device.
7. Children
This app is not directed at users under 13 (under 16 in some regions), and photos of minors must not be uploaded.
8. Authenticity of content
All output is AI-generated, not a real photograph. It must not be used to mislead, impersonate, or for any unlawful purpose.
